Vrbnik, The island of Krk

Did you know that Vrbnik was built on a crag? Due to this fact it has a unique seaside atmosphere. Its narrow streets are just perfect for romantic strolls around the city. Vrbnik also boasts many proven restaurants and pizzerias. We recommend that you order a glass of local white wine Žlahtina to your dinner. In the city centre you can find mainly pebble beaches, but 3 km to the south-east of Vrbnik there is a lovely sandy-pebble beach called Potovošče. It definitely pays to drive there because it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia.
