Choose a place for your vacation from the plane
You don't need to travel to Asia to find a beautiful sandy beach. There is one exotic looking sandy beach near Soline on Dugi Otok called Sakarun. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Coast and it has been nicknamed the Croatian Caribbean. There is a mixture of sand and pebbles on the beach, but as you enter the sea, its bottom is covered with fine white sand. The colour of the sea turns azure blue on sunny days which adds to its exotic character. Sakarun is located close to Kornati and Telašćica national parks so you can also go explore some local wonders of nature.
